Oral surgery is the specialty of Dentistry that studies the diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases, abnormalities or traumas in teeth, mouth, jaw and adjacent tissues. It includes all the surgical acts of dental-alveolar surgery (including teeth extraction), implantology (bone regeneration, soft tissues regeneration, bone grafts, etc.), surgery in upper and lower jaw, including recession, and surgery in soft tissues of mouth (pre-cancer injuries, benign and malign tumours, frenums, etc.)

Most of these procedures can be done in our clinic with local anaesthesia or sedation (more comfortable for both patient and doctor). Only in some exceptions general anaesthesia and hospitalization are required.
